  • Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time to better suit your changing skincare needs. Just contact our team, and we'll assist with the process.

  • All memberships have a 3-month minimum commitment. After the initial period, you can cancel with 15 days' notice.

  • We offer the flexibility to pause your membership for up to 2 months per year. This is great for vacations, busy schedules, or any other reason you might need a break from treatments. Just let us know in advance, and we’ll handle the rest.

  • Yes! Unused treatments roll over for up to 90 days. So if you miss a month, you can use those treatments in the following months (within the rollover period).

  • Memberships are non-transferable and can only be used by the person who is registered. However, you can share your referral reward with friends and family to help them get started with their own membership!

  • When you refer a friend who joins any membership, you’ll receive a $50 clinic credit. Plus, for every 3 successful referrals, you’ll earn a free luxury facial or $150 credit.

  • Yes! Members enjoy priority booking, which ensures you can secure your treatment times when it’s most convenient for you. Plus, you’ll receive discounts and added bonuses on services and products.

  • No hidden fees! The price you pay for your membership covers the treatments and perks included in your plan. Any additional treatments or products outside of your plan will be charged at a discounted member rate.
