SKIN AND BODY REJUVINATION
CLINICAL SKIN TREATMENTS
OUR TREATMENTS
Clinical skin treatments stimulate collagen and elastin within the skin, prompting a brighter and smoother appearance. The face peel involves gentle application of the solution to remove the outermost layer of the epidermis cells and accelerating the skin turnover to expose the more healthy and radiant skin.
Our practitioners can combine clinical skin treatments with other dermal treatments to offer a bespoke and personalised treatment for our patients.
Clinical skin treatments can still be as relaxing as an ordinary facial, but they are used to treat all skin conditions. Some common conditions include:
Uneven skin tone
Hyperpigmentation
Acne and congestion
Acne scarring
Redness/rosacea
Appearance of fine lines and wrinkles
Aging skin texture
Sun damage
Corrective Skin Treatments
For concerns such as congestion, oil imbalance, uneven texture or pigmentation, your practitioner may recommend a more targeted treatment protocol.
This may incorporate professional exfoliation, masks, targeted serums, LED therapy or other modalities according to your skin.
The goal is not simply to provide a temporary glow, but to ensure each treatment contributes to your longer-term skin plan.
FAQs
-
A clinical skin treatment is selected according to the condition and needs of your skin rather than following a standardised facial routine.
Your practitioner assesses concerns such as hydration, congestion, oil production, pigmentation, sensitivity and barrier health before determining the most appropriate treatment.
-
After your in depth skin consultation, your practitioner will create a treatment plan tailored to your skin concerns.
Your skin will be cleansed, and the tailored skin treatment will be applied. Whether it is a peel or medical facial, your practitioner will apply skin specific products and educate you on the required aftercare and products, aimed at accelerating the healing process for peels and maximising results.
-
Clinical skin treatments will most often require multiple treatments spaced weeks or months apart, allowing for full and proper skin healing between treatments to create optimal results. Our practitoenrs will often combine these treatments with other dermal therapies to enhance results.
Many patients opt to continue their skin improvements with maintenance treatments every few months to encourage continuous improvement of skin tone and to keep those fine lines at bay. Staying on top of your skin’s condition and appearance with tailored clinical skin treatments can keep your skin looking bright, fresh, younger, healthier and more radiant.

Certain exfoliating acids, retinoids and other active products may need to be temporarily paused.
Because skincare routines vary significantly, we provide personalised instructions rather than asking every patient to stop the same products.
-
Depending on your treatment, you may temporarily need to avoid active skincare, exfoliation, excessive heat and other activities that could irritate the skin.
You should also avoid picking or manually removing peeling skin.
-
Suitability depends on the type of peel being considered.
Active infection, significant irritation, impaired barrier function, recent sun exposure, certain medications, medical conditions and other factors may require treatment to be modified or postponed.
