REGENERATIVE SKIN SUPPORT (PRP/PRF)
PLATELET RICH PLASMA / PLATELET RICH FIBRIN PERTH
PRP and PRF therapies utilise components from your own body to support skin vitality, texture, and overall appearance. These natural treatments promote regenerative processes that are suited to a wide variety of skin concerns.
Benefits
Collagen Stimulation: Both treatments stimulate collagen production, improving skin texture and elasticity.
Reduced Fine Lines and Wrinkles: PRP and PRF can help reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
Improved Skin Tone and Texture: They can also address issues like uneven skin tone and texture.
Natural Rejuvenation: Since they utilise the patient's own blood, they minimise the risk of adverse reactions or allergies, promoting natural-looking results.
Versatility: PRP and PRF can be used to treat various areas, including under-eye dark circles, nasolabial folds, cheeks, smile lines, lips, chin, and even the scalp for hair growth
Uses your body’s own regenerative properties
How It Works
A small sample of your blood is processed to concentrate natural growth factors. These are then reintroduced to support skin regeneration, promote healing, and enhance texture over time.

FAQ’S
-
PRF - Under eyes (tear trough) and smile lines (nasolabial fold)
PRP - Full face, neck, hands
-
Yes, these treatments are safe and beneficial for a variety of skin and hair concerns.
-
Both treatments use components of your own blood, but they differ in their preparation and composition.
PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) is a concentrated preparation of platelets suspended in plasma. It is generally prepared using an anticoagulant to prevent clotting during processing.
PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin) is prepared without an added anticoagulant. It incorporates platelets within a fibrin network, which can support a more gradual release of platelet-derived growth factors.
Both are used in regenerative aesthetics, with treatment selection depending on individual skin concerns and clinical assessment.
-
Platelets contain growth factors and signalling proteins involved in the body's natural tissue repair processes.
When PRP or PRF is introduced into the treatment area, these components may stimulate cellular activity associated with tissue repair and collagen production.
Over time, this may contribute to improvements in skin quality, elasticity and the appearance of fine lines. Individual responses vary, and the extent of improvement cannot be guaranteed.
-
No. PRF and dermal fillers work differently.
PRF is an autologous blood-derived treatment, meaning it is prepared from your own blood. It is used with the aim of supporting natural tissue repair and skin quality.
Dermal fillers are used to provide structural support or volume, depending on the product and treatment area.
Although PRF may create temporary fullness immediately following treatment, this should not be confused with predictable or permanent volume restoration.
-
PRP and PRF may be considered for individuals concerned about:
Early signs of skin ageing
Fine lines and changes in skin texture
Reduced skin elasticity
Crepey or thin-looking skin
Certain under-eye skin concerns
Overall skin quality
Suitability depends on your skin condition, medical history and treatment goals.
-
PRF may be considered for selected individuals experiencing thin or crepey under-eye skin and early changes in skin quality.
However, not all dark circles or under-eye hollows have the same underlying cause.
Darkness may relate to pigmentation, visible blood vessels, skin translucency, shadowing from anatomical hollows or a combination of these factors.
PRF does not provide predictable structural volume replacement and may not adequately address significant tear-trough hollowness or prominent eye bags.
At NÜSKN, we assess your under-eye anatomy before recommending an appropriate treatment approach.
